We blinked, and the first semester of our 2024 school year is already over! ![]()

Please be in prayer for all of our kids who are coming home and will have some free time for the next three weeks. Many schools send home “holiday packages” which is basically some homework assignments for kids to still keep their minds sharp through these weeks in between semesters. ![]()

We want them to enjoy a time of rest and relaxation while also knowing that they have lots of work at home helping their guardians. Will you pray with us that the Lord gives them a balance of the two? While also giving them the wisdom to make wise choices and stay safe! ![]()

We are soooo grateful for our Awana volunteers! Our Awana teachers are made up of Genesis teachers, HUM staff, community members, and others who volunteer their time every week to teach our kiddos about the love of Christ. ![]()

Often times when we have teams come, they ask if our Saturday programs run that way when teams aren’t around and it’s always such a joy to say YES! All because of our Ugandan volunteers and staff. Whether or not we have wonderful short term teams come to volunteer, things move. Our teams come to work alongside our national staff and volunteers in the tasks and programs that are always happening. ![]()
